The fastest provided technology for removal or erasing of all types of horizontal signalization from asphalt and concrete is using the work the high-pressure (2757 bar) water pump. Such high – pressure quickly and efficiently, completely removes all types of road signalization including colour markings, epoxy material, thermoplastics, cold plastics and temporary signalization (Stamark) With the use of high-pressure water pump and vacuum machine, we simultaneously remove the paint and at the same time, clean all the debris resulting from the surface in a single passage. When removing thermoplastics material, we are able to maintain speed of approximately 2000m/h.

Two cleaning heads of 35,5 cm in diameter enables simultaneous parallel erasing of duplicate lines i.e. surface cleaning of 70 cm in width in one pass. When the cleaning heads are set in sequential system (one head behind the other), such configuration allows much faster and more efficient removal of more demanding materials, such as thermoplastics and the like.

• We can perform cleaning and restoration of retro – reflection on the horizontal signalization that was made of cold and hot plastic.
• The vacuum pump sucks up all the dirt and the water from the asphalt and enables the setting of a new signalization for some 20 minutes once the cleaning has been done.
• Unlike the mechanical removal of paint where we mechanically removes the surface layer of asphalt (so called ‘paint milling’) to the depth to which the colour has penetrated, when using paint removal with the water as an erasing agent, such damage doesn’t occur.
